Taking time out from this world, outside in the th plain open very close to heavy traffic.
Objective description
Craddled inside a Busshelter men and women appear fast asleep, seen trough a the motion blur of passing lorry traffic.
Plausible association
Men and women appear clad in matching costumes. A clue ? A choir? They form a group that is fast asleep. Reminding of snow white and other fairy tails. Is the rest of the country asleep as well? Why then is the traffic still going? Is it, that only some groups fell asleep while other keep being busy? A picture of different speeds, of differnet levels of attention.
Artistic intention
Sleep is generally considered a time for regeneration. We are briefly away, only to return fit and present. But that does the sleep an injustice. Much more happens during sleep, and we remain sensitive to everything around us, who is near and who is far. Social beings remain social even in sleep.
